To whoever is building something worth building -
I am looking for my next role. This page is a deliberate signal, addressing a specific type of company. Let me describe you.
You are building a B2B SaaS product - probably in a space that is either genuinely complex (AI, data, infrastructure, vertical software) or genuinely underserved. You are past the first chaos and into the second: the one where you have something that works, customers who believe in it, and a GTM motion that has not yet caught up with the opportunity. You know the problem. You are looking for someone who can solve it.
You are also, importantly, all-in on AI. Not "we use AI in our product." Not "we have an AI strategy deck." Actually restructuring how work gets done - from the ground up.
At Alex & Gross, I built a fully agentic outbound system from scratch: signal monitoring, account research via AI agents, ICP matching, enrichment, and individualized ABM playbooks per account - automated end-to-end, running on Python scheduling scripts, and a custom CRM I built in Monday.com. This is not a side project. It is the daily driver.
I want my next employer to be serious about token maxing - not in the crypto sense, but in the GTM sense: I want to build a state-of-the-art, AI-native GTM team. That means tokens can't be a scarce resource. But I don't waste them to be top of a ranking - I leverage them to get maximum signal-to-noise out of every interaction, every outbound touch, every customer conversation. As I wrote recently on Twitter: AI is all about scaling relevance. No spray and pray.
What I bring: I co-founded Liquiditeam and built the entire commercial motion from zero. 20+ clients, ACVs from €600 to €300k, deals closed personally at FC Bayern, Borussia Dortmund, and Axel Springer. Scaled close to €0.5 Mio ARR on €3.5M raised. I know what it looks like when GTM and product are misaligned, when the sales process is held together with hope and spreadsheets, and when a customer success function is not a function at all. I have lived all three, and I know how to build past them.
Before that: seven years spearheading digital transformation for enterprise clients and SMEs at Eck Consulting. I ended my stint as CEO - full P&L, B2B sales, and a reorg that introduced self-management before it was fashionable. Other things I build: my own consulting practice, a blockchain think tank, a sustainability food convention I invented and ran (I quit all of those when we properly started Liquiditeam). I also co-authored a cookbook, and became a leading voice in gravel racing. The non-linear path is not a bug. It is where the systems thinking comes from.
I write about AI-native GTM over on CRO Orgs. Read it before you reach out if you want to know exactly how I think. Then reach out if you like what you see.
What I am looking for: real scope, real ownership, a leadership team that understands the difference between complicated and complex, and a product I can sell because I actually believe in it. I care deeply about building the right way - so what and how I work is highly important to me. I'm open on title - CRO, Head of GTM, something we invent together. Not open on culture: I want to be part of a team that is driven by execution, values doing over talking and accepts failures as part of the process, is highly empirical and communicates openly and directly but with empathy. And of course, I would hope the entire leadership team is as AI-pilled as I am.
If this is you - or if you know someone this is - I would genuinely like to talk.
